Vintage aquamarine diamond 14ct white & yellow gold pendant on an 18ct white gold chain

This pendant is really all about the beautiful aquamarine.

The emerald cut aquamarine is set in 14ct white gold claws but sits in an 14ct yellow &white gold openwork rectangular basket.
Above the aquamarine are 4 diamonds 3 set immediately above the aquamarine & the 4th one set above the other 3 diamonds.
The diamonds are set in 14ct white gold claws within a14ct white gold fronted and 14ct yellow gold backed box settings.

There is an 14ct yellow gold split loop that is hidden behind and attached to the back of the diamonds.

The pendant hangs on a contemporary 18ct white gold chain.
